SMALL CHOPS ANYONE?

Small chops or finger foods as there are popularly called are an essential menu to serve at that event or wedding. There are not only delicious but also look very good when prepared well and served In dessert plates. They serve as appetizer, that is, before the main meal arrives at the event.

Small chops comprises of samosa, spring rolls, puffpuff, gizzard or chicken barbeque and banana madazi . You can also get creative and make up your own plate to spice it up a bit. 

Your guests will definitely appreciate a taste of sumptious small chops while cracking up listening to the M.C at that next event.
